I love having the opportunity to live away from home. Yet the bills and money it takes make the experience less enjoyable. I do love the freedom of making my own schedule and being on my own time outside of school and work. I am a very social butterfly so I grow in these forms of living. more

Excellent so far! It is so nice and makes me feel just at home! The bathrooms are always clean and the common areas have places to cook if needed. There are printers in the dorms as well which makes printing not a hassle at all! more

Living at A. Searle Pinney Hall was such a pleasure Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 that I decided to live it in again for the upcoming school year. I absolutely loved all the friends I made in the building. Since it is a bigger building with more space, more students are drawn to it, which means you meet more people to make friends with. However, no matter the size of your dorm building, you will always meet people who making your stay in the dorms worth while. more

Fairfield Hall

I enjoyed staying at Fairfield Hall when I was at WCSU. It was close to all my classes on Midtown campus and I never felt unsafe there. I liked that there were different sized rooms available. Most were a standard double occupancy, but there were also some nice big rooms for 3 or 4 occupants that had its own bathroom. The dorm was for women only, which I think really helped cut down on the noise level. more

Ella Grasso Hall

I lived there for the three semesters. The RD are very nice and are willing to help. They have comfortable apartments. The staff are very lovely and they create multiple events for their residents. The RD and RA’s keep you inform on what’s going on. more

Pinney Hall

I enjoyed my time living in Pinny. It was a short walk away from the dining hall and the apartment style dorms were super fun! I loved having my own kitchen and bathroom. I know they recently bolted the balcony’s closed so just keep that in mind! more
