Arbor View Apartments Dorm Reviews at UWG

So far, Arbor View has had a very welcoming presence; I feel safe in my environment and enjoy the time I spend alone in my room. I appreciate how well the housing staff communicates and how they want to bring everyone together. Arbor view is so far one of the greatest dorms I have lived in by far.

Arbor View Apartments is a good option for those that would like to have their own room and space. There's a common room and kitchen within the dorm, but, you will have to live in the dorm with 4 people including yourself. There's two bathrooms for two people of both sides. Pros are... - you have your own room within the dorm and security knowing your stuff wont be touched by a roommate -you can cook and store your own food/snacks within the fridge in the dorm. A Good option if you don't like on campus food -maintenance issues usually get resolved quickly Main cons are... -you can hear through the walls and the floor above you relatively easily -most people that live there like to party and be loud at night so its not the best study place some nights -You might get a roommate that has no home training At the end of the day, two pieces of advice I wish I could've given myself is 1.try to find some friends that have similar living styles so there wont be an issue during the year and 2. get a room on the top floor so you wont have to hear the person above you.

Arbor View is the perfect transition out of tradition shared room dorms to a more private room with a kitchen and shared bathroom option. Unlike freshman dorms arbor view is quiet and usually well kept. The people isn’t these apartment style dorms respect each other’s privacy making for a great stay. Arbor view is nice but sometimes maintenance can be handled quicker but other than that I honestly recommend it to anyone looking to have their own private room in a quiet dorm.

Great space if you enjoy having your own space. Full kitchen area with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. Nice sized room that comes fully furnished.

My experience in Arbor View was good but some residents forget that the walls and floors are thin, so you hear heavy walking, blasting music, and conversations the majority of the time if you have loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Besides that it's nice to have a stove, it saved me money from buying a meal plan!

It's a very quiet area and the staff provides a lot of opportunities to get out and participate in different activities. The rooms are not too big and not too small. The living area is really cozy. It's like your own off campus apartment.
