We have not had hot water for weeks, the first 3 weeks of school we did not have hot water, they did construction to fix this with overnight drilling between 12am-5am. A few weeks after it was fixed the hot water was once again shut off. There was an ant infestation and our basement (common area) is under construction. The oven doesn't work and the kitchen is often dirty. Its close to everything which is the main appeal and the staff is incredibly nice.
