University Place Dorm Reviews at West Virginia

I think that University Place two isn't the best dormitories on campus, but they aren't the worst. I think one of the only downfalls is it not having a stove and oven. Also I know for some people, not having a bathtub is another deal breaker.

We were told that we would have the option to have our rooms cleaned every few weeks if we wanted, but they never came around. There are wide gaps around the doors so sound travels in and out of the rooms very easily. There are also vents between each room so you can hear the people in the next room almost as easily as if they were in the same room.

I have lived there for one full semester and I am currently in my second. I feel that University Place is the best Dorm on Campus. The walls are thin and noise travels a little far sometimes but residents are respectful and are never loud during quiet hours. The cafeteria is in the first floor of the dorm and I enjoy that because I dont have to walk out in the cold to get food like some students do.

The University place is one of the nicest and well taken care of dorms i’ve ever visited. The laundry room is stocked, there’s a game room to visit with other residents, the bathrooms are nice and well equipped. I love everything about this dorm, it’s like living in an apartment. Everything on campus is pretty close to the U, even so much as walking distance to most.

I have lived in this dorm for 1 1.2 years. I feel safe and well taken care of. I enjoy my dorm life and sleep good. The location of my dorm to my classes are great! Campus police are seen often and very friendly. The lunch staff are very willing to please and make their menu better everyday.

I think the best part of University Place apartments is definitely the location especially if you are in the Eberly College. The only issue is if you do have a car on campus the parking is very expensive.

This was a completely satisfactory dorm experience. The RA's there were super friendly and nice. The rooms and common areas were kept up very clean and tidy. It surprisingly always smelt good in there and it was generally a positive atmosphere.

I feel like University Place, Is a great dorm if are studying and also want to make a lot more friends. Currently, I feel like our dorms is more like a family our dorm is much more interreactive. These dorms are great but due to COVID-19 we can't use our chat rooms.
