The resident assistant (RA) are the best people ever! Really understanding and always willing to help, they usually don't interfere unless needed (such as noise complaints or trouble with roommates). Other than that, living here is pretty good, appliances are a little outdated but we managed to make it work! Just wish heat worked during the colder months though, we addressed it with the area coordinator but they ignored our requests and when they changed area coordinators they said they don't have any say in it. Luckily we were there for a month and a half of the colder months.
