Lightsey Bridge II Dorm Reviews at Clemson

Lightsey bridge 2 is the best dorm imaginable for a first year college student. I love the common living area with the dorms and being able to share a bathroom with only the people living in my specific dorm.

Construction right outside of my window was very distracting and disrupted my sleep. The cleanliness of the apartment was not excellent. Campus police did assist with a roommate situation that i was very grateful for.

Lightsey will be my best memory of freshman year. My neighbors and I became very close, we did "family" dinners and game nights some nights. The dorm looks like an apartment, very spacious, with up-to-date appliances and a nice TV. The couch was so comfortable that some night I would sleep on the couch for fun.

Lightsey is a great community and not too far from the Clemson campus. It is the best way to get to know people from all around, since you have so many people going into the Bridge to Clemson program. It's a great way to find out how living with other people will be and who your next year roommate will end up being as well.

Itβs pretty quiet, sometimes you may here your next door neighbor or upstairs neighbor walking around, but itβs not very bothering. It is located in a pretty scenic area & youβll see lots of squirrels in that areas. Itβs close enough to Schilletter dining hall.

I would say that Lightsey Bridge was where some of the nicer dorms were on Clemson's campus. This was also the place to live because it was a great diverse mix of students. These dorms were populated with student athletes and upper classmen which made the experience living there that much better. If you are a freshman, please consider living here before living in one of the freshman dorms, it is truly like night and day!

The Lightsey Bridge II dorms is not what I expected to live in my first year. It's incredibly spacious with a living room, a full bath, a half bath, and a kitchen(along with each of me and my dorm mates rooms.) It has hard wood flooring throughout the interior, except for the bedrooms that have an easy to clean carpet. It also comes fully furnished including a sectional and dining chairs. I'm going to be incredibly upset when I have to move out at the end of the semester.

There is a short walk to the commons building but it isnβt too bad. The dumpster isnβt too far from each of the buildings in the community. Overall, living here has not been bad. I met many of my neighbors and everyone socializes on the weekends.

I was an RA at Lightsey Bridge so I was in charge of about 32 students. Which made living there a little more difficult but my residents were amazing and ended up being all my great friends. The apartment was nice too because we were on campus with some of the freedoms of being off campus.

Lightsey Bridge 2 is wonderful. The apartments are beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom masterpieces. I highly enjoy having my own room but sharing a living space with my wonderful roommates. Anyone would be very lucky to live in this wonderful place.
