Ingle Hall

Overall, I had an amazing experience living in Ingle Hall for my freshman year. The Ingle Hall dormitory housed some of the kindest and most amazing people. I was fortunate enough to live in one of the 4 room dorms where I had my own room and shared a common area and bathroom with my roommates. Ingle Hall isn't a loud dormitory, but you will hear music occasionally in the building typically on the weekends. At night the dormitory is quiet because people abide by the quiet hours' rules. The laundry room of the dorm can be quite a mess when being heavily used on certain days. The bathrooms in Ingle Hall are kept very clean and sanitary. more

Chanticleer Hall

I thought living in Chanticleer Hall with 9 other girls would be horrible. It was not at all. The space was very big for sharing a room. I was able to bring a lot of my stuff and decorate my room the way I wanted. The bathroom is the only thing I had a problem with. The bathroom rarely had toilet paper in it and only one of the three showers got warm. Other than that it was a great location to walk to class. Laundry was easy because of the app we downloaded. The dumpster was also very close to the dorm which made it convenient to take it out on the way to class. more

Blue Ridge

Blue Ridge is very large and provides students with plenty of space in their dorm rooms. You don't feel like you are living in a "college dorm" although it is still university housing. I also love that we have a full size kitchen which makes it very easy to cook and make food for yourself and feel completely independent. more

The Woods

The woods was the best dorm, it is apartments style with a living area and kitchenette. Each bedroom is a single. the apartment has private entrance easy to have friends over. The shower and toilet are in individual rooms so not to hold up schedules with sinks and mirrors in the hallway. It was amazing living here it was a quick walk home from the clubs and right near the dining hall more

Sandhills

I loved living at Sandhills. It was an apartment style dorm and I had my own room and bathroom. It made me really feel like I was transitioning to adulthood. I would highly recommend to anyone considering an apartment to try out living there first. more

Teal Hall

Teal Hall even though it is not advertised is one of the newer looking dorms on campus and it was a great way to meet new people my freshman year at Coastal Carolina University. I did not have any problems when I stayed there. more

Tradition Hall

In my opinion, Tradition Hall is one of the better halls on campus, if not the best. It has up to date appliances in the kitchen and nice, easy to use washers and dryers that work really well. Also, the people who work there, such as maintenance or front desk, are very nice. more

Piedmont

Piedmont is an apartment type of dorm. It has a common area, a kitchen, and four rooms. Each room has its own bathroom but the people on the same side have to share showers. Piedmont is a really fun place to be and I have enjoyed my stay. more

Grand Strand

Grand Strand has by far been the best College Dorm ive lived at. Getting to enjoy your own room while having a living space with a few others guys was amazing and I really enjoyed it! There are locations within the apartment complex for bus stops and for police emergencies which make you feel safer while in the place. Youre also only a few minutes from campus. more

Singleton-Young Hall

I love my suite. I have a five bedroom suite and I love my roommate and suitemate. We all decorated the common area together. My RA is awesome. The building is new and clean. The laundry room is clean and free. I feel safe in my building. more

I love that we each have our own bedroom and bathroom with a common living space. The location is great for classes and track practice. There is plenty of nearby restruants and stores. It is a short drive to the beach and other attractions. more
