I stayed at Liberty for the summer during a program at Cofc. When choosing dorms for the fall Liberty was my very last choice, simply from the fact of how small the rooms are as a whole and the fact the sink is on the outside of the bathroom. However, I must say I was very satisfied while staying there. Though the rooms themselves were small, but open, I still was able to manage my space a lot more than I thought I would. Nothing was clustered or tight; even with a roommate. The outlets however need serious maintenance. The ones in my room were very loose. Loose to the point anytime I plugged something up it would spark. Or even if a plug was adjusted there was a spark. That's the only complaint I would say I have; that and the caulking around the showers. Lastly, I would put Liberty at the top as to having one of the best locations on campus. It's right by King Street, the dining hall is directly attached to it, and it's less than a 5-minute walk from the heart of the campus. Convenience is Liberty's middle name. All and all I'd give Liberty a 4.5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to anyone in which those type of living quarters fit their personal desires.
