Being on the ground floor near the entrance was kind of annoying because of tours and people constantly coming and going but you do get used to it. The housekeeping was very tidy and nice, but I would say it's mostly the other residents that don't clean up after themselves in the bathrooms. Overall I enjoyed St. Ann's for its location and other residents. more

Duquesne Towers

My experience living in Duquesne Towers was great for being a freshman. Not only it being a common freshman housing facility, I was able to meet some of my closest friends who lived doors down from me. The cleanliness could've been better throughout the year but it was manageable. The accessibility of being in the same building as the dining hall was very convenient too. The door rooms were well sized too and offered great views of the city which is a perk of living on the 12th floor. more

Very old building with few renovations. Rooms are very tiny and dirty. Bathrooms are communal and not cleanly at all. Overall the building was livable but very old no not worth the outrageous price of tuition. more

Des Places Hall

I've lived at quite a few apartment complexes in College Station, and Holleman Crossing Apartments is by far the best. The people who work in the office actually know what they are doing and they respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Also, the apartment complex provides a lot of nice amenities, such as a nice lounge area for residents and valet trash pick up. more

Much better than I was expecting and I loved how it is all freshmen! It was really easy to make friends and I love the experience. Usually always clean and RA is amazing. She made moving in so much easier and more comforting! more

The bathrooms and staff are very nice, but it is a little weird to have men wandering on our floor on occasion. The rooms are very nice but the lounges could use a lift up and a communal kitchen would be nice. more

Vickroy Hall

Vickroy Hall is a very nice and a quiet dormitory. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are nice and updated. The one thing to keep in mind is that you are responsible for cleaning your bathroom as each are private to the suite. more
