Freshman South Dorm Dorm Reviews at Marshall

The dorms were overall ok I’m just not a dorm person I suffer from high anxiety so it was difficult for me. They were safe and clean I just believe that they could be a lo bigger. And I wish there could be laundry on every floor.

I would say that my experience at this dorm would be very positive. The staff, service, and dorm rooms are very satisfying. The staff are kind and helpful. There's plenty of space in the dorm rooms as well. The service is simple and also very helpful. I know a few of my great friends who live here. Thanks to the friendly staff, great service, and dorm rooms, this is one dorm that I would recommend for students who would want to live at Marshall University.

They aren’t the best dorms on campus, but they certainly aren’t the worst. For my first dorm experience, I was pleased. Having your own bathroom is a very nice luxury to have in a dorm room. They are in a good location.

My experience is very different than being at home. I have to learn how to be independent on my own. I have a roommate to share my experience with plus I have several friends staying in this dorm which make the transition very easy.
