thw building is very good, clean and safety. The price is expensive because you can have a private room for yourself without sharing the bed room. The environment is good for studying and have small lobby to have a study group.

I personally had a great experience at Wellman Hall. The rooms were clean and spacious. In addition, the resident advisor scheduled many programs making it easy to meet new people and be included on campus.
