My experience is that many people tend to occupy the common spaces in Whiteford which leads to much trash being left on the ground. As for the noise, the hallways can be loud during the day but are somewhat peaceful at night. more

My experience so far has been okay. I have not experienced anything to bad. But I do not enjoy how dirty the bathrooms can be at times. The stairs there are a workout, my Roomate is nice, but overall I enjoy living there. more

It’s a suite-style dorm, so you’re only living with about 5-7 other people per floor. There’s no elevator, so it’s not too accessible especially the forth and fifth floors. There’s no cleaning staff for the suites itself, so you have to clean the bathrooms yourself. more

I lived on the fourth floor in Blanche. I will say that traveling floor flights was worth it for the peace and quiet I received on my floor. I do wish there was an elevator. Our bathrooms were cleaned and supplied with materials daily. The common rooms were dirty sometimes, but it depends on who lived on the floor. The cleaning staff could be a bit nicer when I run into them. There are two bathrooms on each floor. Although this dorm is co-ed, I hardly run into problems with sharing a building with men. The dorms are so safe, I have no reason to lock my door. People have to be more careful on the ground levels, however. I would live there again. The only downside is not having a kitchen, and the bathrooms are communal. more

I enjoy the dorm, however I do have to admit that it was quiet this year due to Covid-19. However, my room was always a nice place to hangout, and my friends were always close by. One of my favorite things about the dorm is the location. The view from of the football field on one side is great, and the other side shows the quad, which is always pretty to look at. It is also in the middle of campus, and as a Psychology Major with a Sports Coaching Minor, it is fantastic being in between the Psychology building and the Gym. more

We had a mouse problem that got very bad the students made their own mouse traps out of water bottles, and by the time we got help from the school, mice stopped coming. Campus safety told us the first time we had an issue that it "was not a safety concern" to us it was because they were running from room to room. As result, we put blankets and towels in front of the doors to stop them from coming in. more
