Cons: The apartment was obviously designed in the 70s, with a funky layout which is pretty cool. But the amenities are only updated when broken (i.e. dining table and chairs from the 70s, and a new fridge). The shower hasn't been detailed in years, so tiles are cracked with a ceiling covered in black mold. Almost every upper corner has a sort of grime on the walls. The carpets are stained and older than me. Its impossible for delivery people to find, and extremely hard to climb up and down the steep dirt hills or to go down the long road without a car or bike.
Pros: The bedrooms are nice, roomy, plain, with a big wardrobe, and a hillside view. We have a large patio to entertain on, and lots of room for all of us to use the space however we need. The kitchen is nicely sized for one person, and has a dishwasher. Problems aside, it is the 3rd best home I have ever had.
