I stayed at an apartment at night. Only stayed there during the day between my classes. Bathrooms were gross and so loud at night. People on our walkway were very loud as well, I was scared to be there at night. The location was great, right next to the library.

Deere hall is a great place to live on campus. The RAβs are extremely friendly and helpful, when needed. The entire environment is welcoming. However, I donβt feel the rooms are big enough for roommates, therefore if you do choose Deere as your place of residence, check it out first, if you have a roommate

Staying at Deere Hall was a typical freshman experience. I hated the bathroom set up, but they weren't awful. I loved my roommate and made some awesome friends. We used the common area to wash clothes, cook, and have hall meetings.

Deere is a nice place to live as a freshman. It has a bit of freedom unlike the freshman only dorms. Deere is in pretty close proximity to everything on campus. It is pretty easy to socialize with other residents of your floor. The common areas are nice for studying and cooking. The only con is that the rooms are extremely small.
