It is super quiet there and the cheapest place on campus. You can really see that when you move in. The building is super old and there are only two washers and dryers in the whole building, so it is a battle to get a spot. However, it is mainly upper-classmen that are pretty quiet and half of them leave on the weekend. Its good if you are looking to save money like me and can tolerate the downsides.
