New Residence Hall II Dorm Reviews at NCCU

New res is a good dorm to stay in overall. One thing I don't like is the showers. The water is barely hot. and the water [pressure is terrible. There is no AC in our dorm sometimes it be 80 degrees in our rooms, and we have said something multiple times about it and it has yet to be fixed.

First time living in a communal residence, lots of things could be better to ensure students living here are getting what they pay for. As expensive as housing is they could've updated the building a lot more to accommodate the residents.

The New Residence Hall ll are one of the new living style dorms. From my experience viewing the new res hall ll I would recommend any forthcoming freshman to locate here or a former resident. The location is at a good place, and the style from single dorms to double suites are amazing.

As a freshman my experience in New Res II was okay. It was great to have my own bathroom shared between my suite mates. The only problem was maintenance, there was always something going wrong in our room.

The walls are very thin I can literally hear all the people above our room when they do anything. But I will continue to stay. I wish we had a bigger kitchen for people who like to cook because there's just not enough space for preparing the food
