Hibbs Dorm Reviews at Penn State

So far it has been good. There aren't any paper towels in the bathroom and the hallways need some airing but other than that everything is great. The hallways aren't noisy. The elevators don't take long but again there are only 4 floors. There's a nice kitchen area and they provide the dish soap and scrub so that's great!

Hibbs Hall is an excellent on-campus option at PSU. The location is great (right across the street from downtown), and the dining commons it is adjacent to serves a variety of quality food. Definitely recommend Hibbs and South Halls overall.
