I stayed in Hiester during the COVID-19 school year of Fall2020-Spring2021. The hall was not completely full and that's what made it quiet and clean. Staff is now cleaning everyday but apparently this is not the normal. Pollock halls are one of the last halls left unrenovated so the halls do look old whereas, the freshmen halls look like hotels and a lot nicer but messier and louder.

It is a very wonderful place to stay for a student, I would recommend it for anyone who is studying here, my stay at hiester was filled with serenity, I would even love to continue living there after school due to its calmness.
