McKee Dorm Reviews at Penn State

My experience at McKee was pretty decent. It's an older dorm so it did not have the the most amazing amenities such as in East. The dorm was really quiet except for a few weekends, which was nice because it was easy to get work done. I really liked how close it was to Downtown (about a 5 minute walk).

McKee Hall is one of the best places to live at Penn State if you are looking for a more focused and quiet studying environment. All the students are very supportive and love helping each other succeed. The only downside is that I found it challenging to meet new people at first since many students in this dorm were a year older.

It is a quiet experience where most people keep to themselves. The common areas can have people depending on the day but this is of course, affected by the pandemic. Overall, McKee Hall / Engineering House is great residence hall.
