Packer has a very good location in East Halls, as it is the closest to campus and is a short walk to the dining hall. It is one of the last non-renovated halls to still be standing, however, it provided a normal freshman dorm experience.

Dorm is conveniently located but very old and in need of renovations. Bathrooms are very old. Lobby and common areas are fine but other dorms have been renovated and have air conditioning and newer furniture and updated bathrooms.
