Oglethorpe House Dorm Reviews at SCAD

Most other students I have talked to that live in Oglethorpe House constantly complain about how it is, essentially, a reused motel: tiny rooms, mediocre at best quality, uncomfortable bathrooms, just to name a few complaints. I, however, quite enjoy my dorm. I am a fairly low maintenance person, I'm quite simple and don't need a lot to be content. I think the size is perfect for one person and I love that there is a private bathroom. Adding my own posters, lights, pictures, to the wall adds more personality to it and makes it feel more cozy. Most of the food here is also fantastic, not to mention the workers are very nice and the view is great. I personally have enjoyed my experience here.

Mold and Dust cover the building. We live in a 5x10 room with no closet and have to share it with 1 other person. No room for couch or tv. Our clothes and appliances are out in the open. No storage space.
