I had an overall great experience living in Sauvignon Village. It is not your typical dorm, it is more like a four room apartment. It is very spacious, private, and livable dorm. I am proud to say that I also created amazing friendships in Sauvignon. As well as getting along with my roommates, so much so that we decided to live with each other again!

Living in the Sauvignon dorms was very convenient, closest to classes, had plenty of space. Best part was not having to share the same bathroom with a bunch of other students, it was 1 bathroom per 1-3 students.

I absolutely loved the suite style layout, and having a full kitchen and a private bathroom was game changing. I felt like it was a great balance of a social life and having the ability to concentrate on school work. We had so many social events including a barbeque and game day which was so much fun! The location was awesome, only about a 5 minute walk to the cafeteria and the main part of campus. I had a great RA who was always available and was more like a friend since she understood that she was only a year older than us. While it is the most expensive freshman dorms, I highly recommend and think the price is worth it, I think this dorm and community really made my freshman year as great as it was.
