Azalea hall was great, its a very clean and new dorm. The rooms had lots of space for two people. The rooms have two sinks which is great for getting ready in the mornings, you do not have to rush or worry about your roommate being in the way. The study rooms were nice and usually open with no one in them. more

Overall, I had a satisfactory experience. The only thing I didn't appreciate was there were a number of students who stunk up the surrounding rooms with marijuana. It was also extremely expensive, so live off-campus or take online if the price is too much. more

The newer dorm hall on campus. Spacious and modern-eque rooms that leave a lot of room for creativity. Issues were rare but the maintenance crew was extremely helpful if you were to encounter a problem. more

I transferred to South as a junior. It was nice to have so much space to myself, however, maintenance was lacking in a few areas. It is an old building, so a lot of that is to be expected, but I felt it could have been kept up a little better. more

I decided to live in Delta 6 because it would allow me to have my own private room for my studies. So far, the room is decent, people are sometimes noisy outside but it does not cause a huge problem. The room is decently spacious for a single-person room. The appliances are good, had some trouble with the dehumidifier, but the maintenance people responded at an appropriate time. more

Delta 5 was a good experience for me. I’m super happy I was able to get a private room. My RA was super great to the residents and helped in any way she could if we had questions. I would stay here again if possible. more

For the price it was good, the floor and walls were stained and I could not clean it. For the first few weeks there were a lot of roaches but after a deep cleaning they went away. There weren't really any common areas but I don't think they were needed. more

So far, my experience has been good. The noise level is minimum and the access to classes from the dorm is fine, It allows for alot of helpful walking. My roommate and I get along great so far and we work together to make our dorm space work for us. more
