The dorms were very nice, there just wasn't much activity or life at the dorms. It's been better living off campus. The people who lived there were also not great people and always caused drama for no reason. more

Ponderosa Terrace

I have wonderful roommates and the best RA ever. Ponderosa Terrace is nice for how much I have paid for it. The only complaint is no air conditioning. The building is fairly old, and there is no fire alarms but because it is so small everyone can hear the smoke detectors and such. Overall the apartment is fair for the price. more

I love it here. It is close to campus and the management here is so friendly and love to help us. I would highly recommend all of my friends to live here if they could. I like that there are places to hang out in the house more

Friendly apartment complex with affordable rent for young students. Maintenance is quick to complete all requests, and the office staff hosts monthly community activities. They even give you nice gifts upon move in and when your lease is coming to an end. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, but overall I enjoyed my experience here. more
