Mosher Hall Dorm Reviews at Texas A&M

The dorm is very inviting. I'm part of the living and learning community for engineering. It's nice to really be with people like myself. The dorm rooms are nice. The sweet style allows me to only share a bathroom with four and University includes maid service for the bathrooms.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience at Mosher Hall. It was connected to the commons which had the dining hall and activity lounge. I was able to meet lots of people in my dorm and make many of friends. Would definitely recommend to other students.

Great experience, met a lot of amazing people my freshman year. I was really nervous but my transition from Dallas to Cstat was a smooth transition. I felt safe on campus and dorms were always neat, students are respectful so that's a plus!

My experience at Mosher was fantastic when I was living on campus. Some nights there would be study sessions out in the common area, it was basically all engineering majors so anyone could ask for help for a class and get it, and the staff was very friendly in the mornings. The floors were renovated the year I moved in, so the cabinets and bathroom were in pristine condition for us. Overall the people were nice and the building was in arguably one of the best positions on campus as it was half-way between the middle of campus and halfway to the engineering side of campus.

Mosher is known for being the dorm for honors engineering major's. Personally, I am not an honors engineer, I am actually going down the animal science path, I switches housing and Mosher had an open room. I have enjoyed living in Mosher none the less, it is more renovated than the rest of the commons dorms, and having the commons dining right underneath the dorms in very helpful. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Living at Mosher was ok but it definitely was quite difficult to live there. The temperatures were all over the place, rooms were tiny, study carrels had uncomfortable furniture. Overall, I'd say it wasn't great living on this part of campus.
