Verna McLean Hall Dorm Reviews at Trinity

trinity just renovated this dorm in 2018 so it is up to date. The walls are much thicker when compared to other trinity dorms. The roof is a cool spot students can hang out or study and it has a good view of the San Antonio skyline.

The campus police do a good job of monitoring the area ad security cameras. The dorm has thick walls and most of the noise I hear is from the cleaning crew or maintenance crew. The dorm is very close to the dining hall and has a parking lot adjacent to it as well.

McLean is a good dorm with very nice rooms. As an athlete, I enjoy having my dorm close to the athletic center as well as the Mabee dining center. However, it is decently far from upper campus. All the staff was very nice, but the cleaning staff does not clean very thoroughly so I would bring your own supplies if you plan to clean. Also, the showers have no place to put your soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. so you will need to get a shower caddy of some kind.
