Sixth College Dorm Reviews at UCSD

I've lived in sixth college for one year, going into my second year now. I've had a mostly positive experience living at sixth college. Being in the center of campus, it means the distance to other parts of school is minimized. Being one of the new colleges, it has appealing architecture and is genuinely the best looking college. My only complaint is that the common area's kitchen tends to be very messy and unsanitary due to many residents utilizing it, however the staff do their best to clean it every other day. Compared to the other campuses at UCSD, I wouldn't choose anything other than sixth.

It is perfectly nice. The prices are high and I think they are not affordable. But the room is nice, the bathrooms too. There are a lot of break-ins that happen and they are a bit scary but other than that everything else is nice, quiet, and beautiful.

Im ver excited to Dorm at Sixth College. I feel very lucky because Sixth College has the most recently renovated Dorms. The dorms are quite spacius and have a nice common room area. There are many food options bellow the Sixth dorms, one being a vegan fast food spot. Being vegetarian I was very excited to see that i had a vegan food option close by. I like the location of Sixth college, it roughly being in the center of the campus.

Best college dorms in UCSD, which is noted by almost every student who has lived in a dorm on campus because they are fairly new, clean buildings which contain a shared kitchen in the common room for suites (apartments get their own kitchens). Suites, apartments, and common rooms receive janitorial maintenance every week and any fix-it requests are dealt with quickly after informing.

Sixth college has beautiful dorms that overlook an amazing ocean view. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff does everything they can to make sure living here is enjoyable. While I was initially scared to leave home and live on my own, its welcoming atmosphere and friendly peers made it easier.

It was definitely unique given that our dorms felt like Summer camp cabins while other dorms looked like a brand new hotel, but overall it was a positive experience. The furniture was sturdy and was as comfortable as a dorm could get. For a triple bunked dorm room, it was fairly spacious. A much better experience than I had anticipated.

During my first year I lived in the dormitories which is now abolished, however, during my second year I lived in the apartments which is where I believe internationals now stay and it was a lot more spacious but the location was very far. However, if you end up in Sixth College now, it's the newest built college and is VERY nice.
