Courtyards Dorm Reviews at Delaware

I lived in a 4 bedroom 4 bath, so I had my own bathroom that I had to maintain. There was a problem with the shower when I first got there that I needed maintainace to fix. It took them a while to come fix it but once they actually came to look at it, they fixed it right away. The common area (kitchen, living, dinning) was pretty dirty when I first moved in but after cleaning it, the area was very nice

It’s really nice, but the walls are thin so you can hear when someone drops something upstairs and it’s super loud. Some of the girls in my courtyard don’t care but others are super nice and we all get along pretty well. We share a bathroom and a shower between our pod which there are a total of 5 girls.
