awesome dorm if you want to be social and are a freshman. dorm was very cozy and everyone was nice. i lived across from my RA and only saw her when we were coming and going but she was very cool and easy going

The experience of getting housing was an easy endeavor at UIndy. They provided accommodations, and I was able to get a single dorm. They also provide lots of opportunities to get to know those in your dorm.

While I was there in the school year of 2018-2019 the RA staff was wonderful but the freshmen dorms at Uindy are the roughest of the student housing. I did have to change rooms twice during my time there because of students selling weed.

Overall a good experience. Had some maintenance issues, my floor was without a washer and dryer for a period of time. Maintenance took seemingly long to get it fixed. But the common area was fun, and the people were good people. COVID cut my time in the dorm short, but would definitely live there again.

My roommate and I grew a lot closer playing ping pong in the lobby and made lots of friends in our hall! We live next to 2 of our closest friends/teammates and we have movie nights all the time in our room!

Cory Bretz is in the perfect location. It is close by to the library and the student center! It's also near by other residence halls perfect for meeting friends. The inside is split one side for males and the other for females, with each floor having their own bathroom and kitchen unit, per gender. The staff are so nice and neat!
