I enjoy living in Balsam, but the overall cleanliness is revolting, with paper towels all over the sinks, throw-up, and people leaving their bras and underwear. Many residents trash the halls and destroy the building. Yes, we are children, but attending college has shown me how most students did not receive home education. The experience with the students has been incredible; we would all connect and get along. When the worst happens, we gather in the common room and talk about it. The advantages of balsam include free laundry and a kitchen. Each student is issued an access card, allowing us to scan the building and our room. After 7 RAs have sat in the front and checked in with everyone who lives in the building. There is security.
