Great Basin Residence Hall Dorm Reviews at Nevada

The Great Basin hall had very friendly staff in the front and around the building, everything was kept very clean, and air conditioning was not an issue in this dorm. The bathrooms in some of the rooms are a little strange though, my dorm in particular had the toilet in its own room next to the rooms, then the sinks and shower room near the door. Overall, this residence hall was clean, bright, and a very comfortable place to stay.

I really enjoyed my experience at Great Basin, but the cost is horrendous. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is far too big for the price you pay. Not to mention that it was finished too fast so the walls are like cardboard and leaves you with big hole if you try to take anything down.

Its the college so expect to pay a lot of money for being right there. Other then that it was okay, nothing too bad and nothing too great other then being so close to all my classes. I think it's good if you are a freshmen because you get to meet new people and get the first step to moving out without all the stress of being an adult without a safety net.
