Summit Hall Dorm Reviews at USU

I loved staying here! I lived here during covid, but that didn't effect anything in a negative way. There was the perfect amount of space for 6 people, there was free laundry in the building, There are "two" bathrooms in every apartment: one with a shower and shelf space and the other was the toilet. Which was very convenient with six people all on different schedules. There is a big common room on the main floor and smaller common spaces on all other floors. There is a big common building that is available to the surrounding buildings with a firepit, a Ping-Pong table, couches, more laundry machines, a mail room etc. There is also a bus stop at this building making commute to campus easy and fast. There is also plenty of parking.

It has been the best experience of my life. Everyone here is so friendly. The building is very nice and safe and I couldn't imagine living somewhere else. It is nice for a first year college student. It has a kitchen, and it isn't too bad a of walk to a shuttle stop to go to campus.

Summit Hall was a good place to live as a freshman, I was able to meet a lot of new people because of the dorm set up. The actual living spaces left something to be desired, the rooms were small and shared, not enough space for the price. The bathrooms were small and inconvenient with only 1 shower and 1 toilet between 6 girls. The common areas were good, a decent sized kitchen that got the job done. It is a good place to live as a freshman but its not somewhere I would go back to.

I think Summit Hall is a really good place it's in a nice location it's a little off-campus but a not far walk from it I also think Summit has the best view out of all the buildings in the Student living center. It's very beautiful over here. It's a really good dorm for incoming freshmen. My only complaint is that you only have one bathroom with a toilet but the shower and toilet are in separate areas which makes it a little. It's just a little hard to share one of each with 5 other girls. But overall its a really good place and have a good amount of space
