It's generally good. There are a few issues, one being the fire alarms. They seem to be very sensitive, and we have had to evacuate more than 10 times in the month we've lived here despite there never being an actual fire. Many people also don't seem to realize that I can hear them walking down the halls, and are rather loud even after 10pm (quiet hours). The RA does not seem to care about this. Students are also required to get a meal plan to live here, which feels like a scam ($3000 for 8 meals a week). If you can spend the money, they're nice buildings in a good area, but maybe not worth the price.
