Patriot Village Apartments Dorm Reviews at UT Tyler

I wholeheartedly love the site because it put me at ease, all while, in the comfort of my home. The thoroughness of how everything is laid out is phenomenal. Knowing that I can go to the actual site with a clear plan in mind helps out a lot. the maintenance team, they're quick, they're friendly. They should be the ones running the office.

I feel very safe in the Patriot Village Apartments. It is gated all around. It is super close to the library too. I feel like it's in a great location in the middle of campus. There is a laundry mat here for free, plenty of washer / dryers, and I have never had an issue with clothes getting stolen or all machines used up. The staff has all been very helpful and kind. I will continue to stay here.

The TA's are very nice and everyone down at the clubhouse is super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our vent and heater (A/C system) when we first moved in but it was fixed in less than a week. Other than that, it's been a great experience.

Patriot Village Apartments was not that bad of a dorm as each roommate had their own room and shared a common kitchen/living room. However, the cleanliness of the apartments itself was not outstanding, but you do have to take into consideration that it is an older building too.
