Meredith Hall Dorm Reviews at WKU

I have had a good experience at Merideth thus far into the school year. It does not have any AC, but it is a bonding experience because it helps you make friends in the dorms because everyone's doors are open. Although the building is old and it's hard to find your away around because of its unique x shape, overall, it is well priced for freshman year housing at Purdue.

It is coed for the first time ever. I have had problems with my suitemates/floormates and the staff doesn't care. Some of the desk assistants are nice but, some don't even look up from their phones when you walk in

Meredith was affordable and is located perfectly on campus. It is a livable dorm room, but is certainly old and run down. I think any college dorm room experience can be good depending on who you surround yourself with, not so much where you live.

Meredith Hall is a clean, quiet dorm that is a pretty decent place for studying and doing work but it is farther from the heart of campus than any other dorm on campus. It is over a mile walk to the top of the campus which is where most of the halls and classes take place. There is a shared bathroom between two rooms and the rooms offer each student a closet, desk, and bed, with a decent amount of room for each student who share the room. The dorm is well maintained and taken care of but it is so far from even the heart of the campus that there are other dorms that would be preferable to a student who is pretty involved in campus activities.
