I live in pet-friendly family housing there with my husband. It is super run down, but good location near the campus and hey, I got to keep my cats. I need to get maintenance in to fix the fan, heater, stove fan, and a few other things. There is a small playground outside that kids sometimes use, but not very often. The laundry room is often dirty, and the space is very small. There is no AC despite summers getting over 100 degrees, but I heard maintenance can install one if you buy it. Crappy cabinets and such... but the rent is okay-ish.
